Changes you will see on March 30th to your Online Banking & Mobile Banking App Dashboard:

  • Left-align navigation.
    Our main menu navigation in Online Banking and Mobile Banking App is shifting from the top of the screen to the left of the screen to accommodate future offerings.

  • Say hi!
    We'll greet you by preferred name next to your profile photo, which offers quick access to updating your profile or switching accounts.

  • New account list options.
    For customers with multiple accounts, the dashboard will default to show four accounts at a time. If you have more than four accounts these will be grouped by the account type.

  • Dark mode compatible.
    Enhances the Planters First Bank Mobile Banking App so you can bank better.

We anticipate these updates released and uploaded to the App stores (Apple and Google Play) for our customers within the next two weeks.

Browser Security Update

If you are using an older version of an internet browser, it could put your computer/device security at risk. With our enhanced Online Banking and Mobile Banking, it will require you use the latest version of the browser you are using like Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox or Safari. See the screenshot below.

If you use Internet Explorer at login, you will be prompted to download the latest version of Microsoft Edge, and a link to download will be provided. If you wish to stay with Internet Explorer as your main web browser please use the link below.

OPERATING SYSTEM (OS) AND BROWSER COMPATIBILITY :

OS and browsers not supported by Planters First Bank may be used; however, they may prevent users from accessing an application or cause some features to function improperly. For maximum security and optimal usability, Planters First Bank recommends using the latest supported versions of OS and browsers.
