Lastest Updates to Online Banking
Planters First Bank now offers “External Transfers” to and from other financial institutions for free. This service transfers funds electronically from accounts that you have at other financial institutions in 1-3 business days. Transfer can be initiated through online banking or the Planters First Bank mobile app. You’ve been automatically enrolled in this service and can begin setting up external accounts immediately.
New Check Re-Order Function
Running low on checks? Reorder right from your mobile app!
Your check re-order process just got much easier. We’ve added a function to online banking and mobile banking that allows you to order checks at you convenience through our Online Banking portal and Mobile Banking app. Simply select the appropriate account and click on the “Order Checks” icon. You will then be re-directed to our check order system. If you have any questions please contact our Solution Center at 833.PFB.TEL1 (833.732.8351).
Browser Security Update
If you are using an older version of an internet browser, it could put your computer/device security at risk. With our enhanced Online Banking and Mobile Banking, it will require you use the latest version of the browser you are using like Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox or Safari. See the screenshot below.
If you use Internet Explorer at login, you will be prompted to download the latest version of Microsoft Edge, and a link to download will be provided. If you wish to stay with Internet Explorer as your main web browser please use the link below.

OS and browsers not supported by Planters First Bank may be used; however, they may prevent users from accessing an application or cause some features to function improperly. For maximum security and optimal usability, Planters First Bank recommends using the latest supported versions of OS and browsers.
