1. Application Checklist
- Two years of W-2’s
- Two years of Federal Tax Returns
- Most recent months’ pay stubs
- Last two months’ statements for checking and savings accounts
- Divorce decree, if applicable (to verify child support and/or alimony payments)
2. Prequalifier Letter

3. Find it and buy it!
Find the dream home that fits your needs, and your budget.
4. Protect Yourself
Many buyers make their offers contingent on a home inspection. Don’t let your dream home become a nightmare!
5. Final Approval
Bring us the purchase agreement and lock in on a rate! We may need some additional documents at this time, and will order the appraisal and get the title to the property updated for closing. Final approval usually takes about two weeks.
